On the first day of Christmas my bartender mixed for me a deliciously spiced peartini....

2 oz Pear vodka
1 oz gin
1 oz pineapple juice
¼ oz lime juice
½ oz simple syrup*

Shake with ice; strain into cocktail glass.

*Note: This is such a small amount of simple syrup that I took a Tbl of sugar, Tbl of water, put it in a mug and microwaved it.
