**Note** I am no medical expert, and I have found various low oxalate lists that contradict each other. I'm basing my diet on the literature my doctor gave me. I debated tagging my low oxalate recipes, but since I'm not a doctor, I'll just post links to the recipes here, so people can read this disclaimer and decide for themselves on how to interpret this information.  These are the foods I'm eating on my low oxalate diet.

Baked Three Cheese Mac and Cheese with a Kick--regular pasta, not whole wheat
Curried Lentils
Favorite Pizza Dough
Honey Beer Glazed Chicken
Lemon Garlic Chicken Noodle Soup
No Cook Pasta Sauce--make sure the pasta is regular, not whole wheat
Oatmeal Crusted Chicken (go easy on the oats, they  are on the "limit" list)
Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken
Veggie Pot Pies
Yellow Curry with Chicken and Rice (use white or wild rice, not brown)
VegetarianMoroccan Stuffed Peppers

Coffee Cake Muffins--Omit Almonds from the topping
Espresso Crème Brûlée--Omit Espresso powder
Lemon Glazed Brown Sugar Shortbread
Oatmeal Date Bars--Omit lemon zest
Overnight Cinnamon Rolls--Omit Walnuts
Tea Scented Glazed Sponge Cake
Tiramisù--Omit Cocoa toppping

Misc Foods
